I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at info@realestatematching24.store.I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue? We will only accept returns or refunds (only gift cards) for damaged or faulty items. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please inform us before you send it return via email at info@realestatematching24.store. We will send you then the shipping address. Do not send it to the sender address, because it is the products factory. If you send your Delivery to there, we can not receive and refund anything.You must ship it back at your own expense. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded a gift card for our online shop www.realestatematching24.store on your original payment within 10 business days via email.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Any cancellation/ revoke made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of at least 30.00 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable) regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor, credit card and/or bank transfer provider, also other provider and third parties charges us a fee for cancellations. Groundfloor 2 Ltd. can offset this replacement with (down) payments received.
If the contract is revoked by a consumer within the statutory cancellation period (14 days statutory cancellation period in the European Union), Groundfloor 2 Ltd. before, for expenses already made, which were made with the knowledge of the consumer, that Groundfloor 2 Ltd. has already begun to demand compensation from the consumer with the performance of the contract. Groundfloor 2 Ltd. can offset this replacement with (down) payments received. Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of at least 30.00 Euro (including statutory VAT, If applicable) regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor, credit card and/or bank transfer provider, also other provider and third parties charges us a fee for cancellations.
For certain services, Groundfloor2 Ltd. on behalf of Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. or Groundfloor24 RE Valuation Ltd. uses third parties to fulfill their contractual obligations. This involves, for example, the creation and production of clothes (each Order is an individual production). In relation to commercial customers or consumers, Groundfloor 2 Ltd. is Contractual partner in relation to the aforementioned services and is responsible for all contractual main and ancillary service obligations.
Following fees are mandatory if the order is canceled or revoked.
30.00 Euro within 14 days of the order, regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later)
75% of the whole amount of the order after 14 days of order
100% of the whole amount of the order after 30 days of order
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@realestatematching24.store. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@realestatematching24.store. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we are sending you via e-mail, If you are requesting a return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

Deliveries: We calculate the shipping costs for this as a flat rate as follows: free shipping If the Order is more than EUR 30.00 (including statutory VAT, If applicable). EUR 5.00 shipping cost If the Order is less than EUR 30.00. The whole amount is to pay in advance.
Terms of payment: 100% of the price of the selected products must be paid in the online shop with the order or in advance.
